Confession Die (Spring 2024)
To interpret the holy sacrament of confession as one that is done with the privacy of oneself without the need of a third-party was the goal of this piece. There is a push and pull between honouring the original ritual and an alternative, secular spirituality. The idea would be to follow the steps written in each segment of the die before folding it into a cube and rolling for penance.
